Currently the head of Curriculum Center at the Institute of International Education at Shanghai JiaoTong University in Shanghai. Prof Wang is a world-leading expert in the teaching of Mandarin (Hanyu) to foreigners. A graduate of East China Normal University, she has been working with universities around the world to help them set up Chinese Language Studies departments. Her overseas postings included Japan and Germany. A regular contributor to International Journals and author of a number of Mandarin (Hanyu) Learning and Teaching Resource materials, Professor Wang anchors GHCC's Mandarin (Hanyu) curriculum development.
